Martin Braun-Gruppe & WNWN showcase joint product development activities at IBA 2023

LONDON – 23 October, 2023WNWN Food Labs, the first to bring cocoa-free

chocolate to market, and Martin Braun-Gruppe, part of the Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen KG and producer of B2B bakery products headquartered in Hanover, today announced they are showcasing the first samples of their joint product development activities at IBA 2023, the baking and confectionery industry’s largest trade event, held 22-26 October in Munich.

WNWN’s cocoa-free chocolate alternative looks, smells, tastes, and bakes just like conventional chocolate. The recipe is dairy-free, caffeine-free, palm oil-free, and also contains less sugar than conventional chocolates. The company’s mission is to provide lower-cost, flavour-identical chocolate alternatives for products in the range—with much lower CO2 emissions.

“With this partnership, we want to demonstrate that our cocoa-free chocolate alternative will play an important role within the baking industry,” said WNWN CEO Ahrum Pak. “This reaffirms their commitment to drive innovation in the bakery sector in order to promote sustainability and resource conservation.”

Since the investment in WNWN earlier this year and the launch of Martin’s Bakehouse, Martin Braun-Gruppe is actively promoting to work with innovators and is always looking for suitable partners.

Martin Braun-Gruppe will showcase a sneak peek of WNWN’s cocoa-free chocolate in its first application for attendees daily at 16.30h, hall A3, booth 270, at IBA 2023., the baking and confectionery industry’s largest trade event, held 22-26 October in Munich.
